Welcome to Masking Master. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Masking Master, located in the Netherlands. Masking Master operates this website and webshop, powered by Shopify, through which we offer our products and services (the “Services”).

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our Services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including any additional policies and conditions referenced herein or available by hyperlink.

All purchases made through our webshop are additionally governed by our General Terms & Conditions, which form an integral part of every agreement. In case of conflict, the General Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access the website or use our Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT  
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing an order and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS  
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, product appearance may vary depending on your device or screen settings. All product descriptions and availability are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION  
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. An agreement is only concluded once we have confirmed your order by email and received payment.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of insufficient stock, pricing errors, or suspected misuse. If payment has already been made, a refund will be issued as soon as possible.

Orders are intended for personal or professional use and not for unauthorized resale.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND PAYMENT  
All prices are shown excluding shipping costs, import duties, taxes, or customs charges, unless explicitly stated otherwise. These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Payment must be made in advance using the payment methods offered in the webshop. We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders in case of non-payment.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY  
Delivery takes place to the address provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control do not entitle the customer to compensation or cancellation.

For orders shipped to countries outside the European Union, the customer is solely responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes, and handling charges imposed by the destination country. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are not reimbursable by Masking Master.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier.

We may deliver orders in parts.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL  
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 days after receipt of the product, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law.

Returns, complaints, warranty claims, and refunds are handled strictly in accordance with our Return Policy and General Terms & Conditions.

Return shipping costs and any import duties are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY  
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, product designs, trademarks, and logos, is the property of Masking Master or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without prior written consent.

SECTION 8 – USE OF THE WEBSITE  
You agree not to use our website or Services for unlawful purposes, to violate any applicable laws, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of others.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Services if misuse is detected.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY  
Masking Master is powered by Shopify. However, all sales are made directly between you and Masking Master. Shopify is not responsible or liable for any aspect of the sales or products purchased through our webshop.

SECTION 10 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES  
Our Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, except as required by mandatory law.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free use of the website.

SECTION 11 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY  
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Masking Master shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or personal injury.

Our liability is limited in accordance with our General Terms & Conditions and shall never exceed the purchase price of the relevant product, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

SECTION 12 – FORCE MAJEURE  
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to transport disruptions, government measures, or force majeure events.

SECTION 13 – GOVERNING LAW  
All agreements and legal relationships are governed exclusively by Dutch law.  
Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

SECTION 14 – CHANGES TO TERMS  
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on this website.
