The Masking Master can accommodate tape rolls up to 25mm (1″) in width, with an outer diameter of 120mm or smaller, and an inner diameter of 76mm (3″). The maximum space in which the Masking Master can still be used is 210mm.

While applying the tape, do not press the Masking Master onto the tape. Instead, only push it towards the endpoint. This reduces unnecessary friction and physical strain. After application, use the spatula to rub or press the tape onto the object, not your fingers.

Regularly clean the blades with a solvent. When changing the blades, wear safety gloves to protect your hands. Store the Masking Master in a dry place and away from heat sources. Avoid exposing it to prolonged or extreme moisture.
Make sure the masking tape lies against the inside of both 1mm “ears” of the Masking Master on the filling side, which is the reference side of the tool. Also, ensure that the width of the masking tape is equal to or less than the width of the object to be masked.
If the tape roll is not securely fitted in the Masking Master, please check if the tape mount ring is present. If not, please insert the tape roll with the tape mount ring. If the problem still persists, check if the tape roll dimensions are correct.
