SHIPPING POLICY

Masking Master works with a trusted third-party logistics provider, ShipBob, Inc. (“ShipBob”), to handle order fulfillment, packaging, and shipping of our products. This allows us to process orders efficiently and deliver them reliably to customers worldwide.

ORDER PROCESSING  
Orders are typically processed and handed over to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that once an order has entered the “processing” stage in the ShipBob fulfillment system, it can no longer be modified, cancelled, or redirected. This includes changes to products, quantities, or shipping addresses. We therefore kindly ask customers to carefully review their order details before completing checkout.

DELIVERY TIMES  
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, selected shipping method, and the carrier used by our fulfillment partner. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays, customs inspections, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical circumstances.

SHIPMENT AND RISK  
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier by our fulfillment partner, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. Masking Master is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier after dispatch, but we will of course assist where possible in tracing shipments.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AND IMPORT FEES  
We ship to both EU and non-EU countries. For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, local authorities may impose import duties, customs fees, taxes, or handling charges. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Such costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and cannot be reimbursed by Masking Master.

PARTIAL SHIPMENTS  
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment, and no additional shipping costs will be charged.

INCORRECT ADDRESS OR FAILED DELIVERY  
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of the shipment (including refusal to pay import fees), any additional costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
