What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy on all of our products.
If this isn’t the case, please reach out to us and we will works things out. You can also initiate a return in our returns portal or in your order overview.
What tape do I use with the Masking Master tape applicator?
You can use any tape brand that's available at your local hardware store with our tape applicator up to 25mm / 1" widths. We do advise to use smooth painters tapes (washi tape i.e.) for the best results.
Is the tape included with the Masking Master?
The Masking Master does not include tape. Painter’s tapes have a limited shelf life, so to ensure optimal performance, we don’t include tape that could degrade before it reaches you.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in the EU. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Are taxes and import duties included in the shipping costs?
All orders are shipped DDU ( delivery duties unpaid), so you are responsible for import duties and fees. If there are exceptions, we will bring this to your attention at checkout.
